Return and Exchange Policy
At Little Souls, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our baby and kids essentials. To ensure fairness and smooth operations for our partners, we maintain a transparent return and exchange policy.
As trade transactions differ from consumer purchases, our return framework focuses on factory defects, transit damages, and sorting errors.
1. Inspection Period upon Delivery
Partners must inspect all shipments within 7 days of delivery. Any discrepancies in quantities, incorrect product variants, or visible shipping damages must be reported to our sales team within this window.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
In the rare case that a product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged in transit:
- Please send photos or video proofs of the issue to littlesouls.09@gmail.com or message your representative on WhatsApp.
- Once validated, we will process an exchange or issue a credit note on your ledger book.
- Credit notes can be used to offset future invoices.
3. Eligibility for Exchanges
Products requested for exchange or return must satisfy the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Defects must not be due to post-delivery mishandling or improper retail store storage.
4. Incorrect Shipments
If the items delivered do not match your order checkout list, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup and dispatch the correct items immediately at no additional shipping cost.
5. Returns Process
To start a return or exchange request, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and review the invoice reference in your **Ledger Book**.
- Contact us via Phone (+919664134148) or Email (littlesouls.09@gmail.com) specifying the Invoice ID and SKU numbers.
- Our operations team will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders are packed and processed quickly. Cancellations are only permitted before the order shifts to the **Packed** state in our warehouse. Once packed and dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
